The Horizon project METEOR and the collaboration between Prof. Peter Gray (Adviser and Initiator of the project), Visiting Prof. Michael Osborne (Advisory Board Member of the Project) and T&LC have led to the creation of the seminar with the aim of rethinking doctoral educatio as a collaborative rather than an individual journey.
Doctoral studies are often experienced in isolation, yet teamwork is essential in most professional contexts, especially beyond academia.
During the workshop, participants will learn how to establish and manage Peer Mentoring Groups, experience group dynamics in practice, and begin developing research and innovation proposals following EU-style templates and evaluation procedures.
This workshop is an opportunity to explore how teamwork can transform the doctoral journey into a shared path of personal, academic, and professional growth.
